I have att wireless and im looking for either a flip or slider phone under $150.00?

The only options i need is a camera doesnt have to be that great. But my number one requirement is a good speaker phone because i hate wearing a blue tooth headset on my ear and i use the speaker phone in my car when driving and it must be easy to turn on.
 
LG shine is a pretty sweet phone i had it until i got an iphone, by the way, i suggest getting an iphone if you want to spend a bit more, their speaker phone is AMAZING
