i have AT&T and i am getting weird calls from my contacts?

my contacts are calliing me but it really is not them . my cell phone calle dmy sisters phone but it wasnt my voice and my phone was in my hand
i am getting really creeped out someone help me give me an i dea of what is going on
this is not a troll this is real
i am really scared help me please
