it for a crappy phone I have on a? My current At&T plan is a family plan with 2 lines. 550 minutes and unlimited texting total for both lines. I inserted the same sim card I have been using for from the older phone into the Iphone 3GS. It is unblocked and also jailbroken. Will I automatically accrue data charges? WHat should I do?

I noticed also that when I put the on the top left. I am assuming that its using the AT&T 3G network. I don't want to get charged for data at this time. Once my AT&T contract ends I plan to change to a new plan with a different company. Please help
