I have and iPhone using T-Mobile service, can someone help me?

My iPhone is "jailbraked" with T-Mobile serive and im having a small problem, I cant send or recieve pictures via text. The version my phone is set to is: 4.3.1 (8G4) . carrier is: 10.0 my phone does not have an APN, MMSC, MMS Proxy, MMS Maz Message size, MMS UA Prof URL...maybe it will make a difference if there is information filled in. Please help me solve this!!
