I have an outdoor 7' x 3' "hobby" pond in Florida w/2-3" goldfish and?

tinier fish as well. Just noticed a 3" turtle wandered into the pond & someone told me the turtle might eat the fish. The turtles head is only .5" & the goldfish are 3". Dont know what kind of turtle it is but to be on the safe side, should I remove it?
 
They'll probably be fine for now, but once it gets a decent size, it definitely will eat any small fish in there.
