...my cassette? i just recently over hauled everything worked fine and when i replaced the rear derailleur i noticed from stop sign and lights when i back pedal just half a crank the chain snags and causes a sometimes rough and dangerous start i have repeatedly taken into bike shops more than one (new derailleur, new chain, i have the adjustment screw fully in and no-one seems to know the problem help!!!!

sorry for the re-read didnt realize it would just add on but i had he bike shop put the chain on
so would taking the adjustment screw fully open then fitting the chain and then re adjusting the screw pull the pulley off the cassette?
