I have an old Zenith TV/VCR combo and need to change the display to video...

...in...can I do this without a remote? I have an old Zenith TV/VCR combo and need to change the display so I can display the "Video In". Is there any way I can do this without the remote that came with the TV?
I tried holding down the channel and volume buttons...but nothing seems to work to access the menu.

Possibly. Try pressing the channel-down button until you get to channel 2, then go one, or maybe two channels lower. That frequently gets you to the Video-In setting, which may display "Line" on the screen.

If that doesn't work, should try picking up one of the "Universal" remote controls. They have a list of TV models that they control with as many as 10 codes for each. You try each of them until you find the one that works. You can usually find these remotes for around $10-$15.
