I have an old Packard Bell IGo 400.I have Windows Xp with service pack 3 installed.I tried to install a copy of Windows 7 ultimate on, although I have updraded the ram, it installe and there are two versions of windows on my hard drive, Windows Xp, that will work, and Windows 7 that doesn't, it come up with than error message on boot.
I have tried to format my computer, but my 'genuine' windows Xp will not be recognised.
Help please, I need to format my computer and put windows Xp back on.
