I can not send or recieve picture messages. I have it on the right setting so I can make calls and send texts but I just can't sens photos. I called at&t and they said It's cause its a china phone it won't work so I need to buy a phone from them. Someone please help me solve this problem cause I pay for all the features and can't use them. I need to know how to fix this step by step.
