i have an LG Xenon and im having trouble uploading things?

k so i open lg pc suite 2 and everything works then it takes me to the options content contacts internetkit sync but i tried clicking them and none of them get highlighted so im guessing their disabled and i've tried just uploading it onto the memory card and it doesnt work how do i upload mymusic
