I have an LG Rumour and want to connect it to my Acer laptop but I don't know how?

I do not have a USB or micro SD card for the phone but I have a blutetooth and my acer has a bluetooth button and is compatible but I do not know how to connect them so I can get music onto my phone from my Acer. It is Windows Vista
