i just had an interview for a camp counselor
some sample questions are:
what experience do you have working with children?
what skills could you bring to this job that someone else couldn't?
why did you choose to interview for this job?
they might give you a situation like: if a girl was sitting out and didn't want to join in on the activity, what would you do?
what are some examples of your responsibility?
to prepare just go over things you think might be asked, and know that there will probably be a few questions that will catch you off guard. don't freak out if you haven't practiced one of the questions they ask you, stay calm. answer the questions thoroughly and don't be afraid to brag a little! an interview is not the place to be modest!
good luck!
