I have an interview at OUTBACK steak house tomorrow as a server. What can i expect?

I went and took their personality test thing and i passed for serving. They are having me come in tomorrow for an interview. This would be my second job as a server. I really need the job and was just wondering if anyone knew anything about how the interview went. I used to work at IHOP as a server for about a year and then i had to leave to go to college. College didnt work out and now i'm starting beauty school. My sister also has an interview for a hostess. Can i get a little background for that as well! Thank you so much
