positive would be worth 100's of millions This idea, business plan, and web enterprise is like no other. There is none like it anywhere on the web, and there would be hundreds of millions in sales as a b2b service with this business receiving a 5% to 10% commission on the transactions, many of which would be monthly and yearly contract from a few hundred dollas a month to 100's of thousands per month. There would also be transactions in the 10's to 100's of millions. I refuse to tell one person of this ideal until I can get the website built. The website would be somewhat complicated to say the least and I need a superb company or persons that can build this site. This company or persons I would need to have so tightly legally bound to silence, confidentiality, non-disclosure, non-compete etc. in such a way that I do not think is possible. What do I do? How much does a sophisticated web platform/enterprise cost? Are there any one-person genusis or companies out there that can build this for a share of the company? I have found one website (worth close to a billion) that is entirely different from my idea but the site is almost exactly what I need. I am savy enough to build this site but it would probably take me a year or two. Can anyone help with each and all of these concerns and questions?
