I have an HTC HD Mini and want the new blackberry curve 3g how can i end my contact?

My contact lasts for 24 months with the htc and i am 6 months in
i want the new blackberry
i have had 2 replacement htc's as botht the others had software faults if it breaks again I am elegible to get a different handset
how can i get that blackberry?
