I go to People > Click on Contact > Scroll down > Instead of it normally saying "Send to Voicemail" it only lets me totally block the call. I used to be able to do it, but it changed. I've updated software, restarted, and I cannot figure it out. I don't want to totally block someone, just send to voicemail. Help? I've Googled it, but I cannot find the answer to my specific issue.
