...it and how can i treat it? Its a pain that feels like its in the joint but is felt around my entire elbow not just one spot
if i try straightening it farther now my hand spazzes on the side of my pinky
it feels like it is just in my joint not any muscle. it is a sting not soreness so i dont think it is my muscle
