I have an engine block with Casting number 4179930-360 can anyone help...

...identify what engine? Is it a chrysler? It is rebuilt block and has a Sequel tag on it:
Mod -FDSOH360TCPMA
s/n - 4061819262
I am thinking it is a Chrysler 360 but not sure, I also believe it is a marine engine because of the sequel tag, if so is it reverse rotation or regular rotation?
 
You might do better with the carb number and take it to Napa on a slow day and they can tell what engine that carb goes to, Also pop the distributor and pull all the plugs and turn it over with a wrench to determine the firing order , then compare with whats out there both forward and back ward.

A re manufacturer's tag may not help unless some one recognizes it.
