Or is there a different way to access my phones menu and features without the touch screen that im not aware of? I cant get in to my inbox, my contacts, alarm clock or anything. All I can seem to do is get to my call history by hitting the call button.. so the people in my history are the only people I can contact.. When i have a new text, I can open the qwerty keyboard and use the enter button to open new messages, but cant respond to them or look at them unless i have a new msg prompt.. and i bought the phone used so i cant bring it back to the store.. I plan on buying a new phone asap, but i need to use my phone somehow in the meantime.. Help!!?
oh sry i left out that part, im on a family plan, and im not the primary acct holder, so i dont have any of the login info needed to get help from AT&T, and i am currently unable to reach the acct holder to access that info..
