First off Let me begin by saying I am a teenage girl and I know I have to diet AND exercises but I don't know what type of exercises I should be doing. Like I said I am an "apple" type shape and if some of you are not familiar with that term it me means, pretty much that my thighs and butt are fine but my tummy is big. I'm sick of being out of proportion so anybodies tips would help A LOT. Thank you so much.
