My spotted is full grown the painted is the size of a quarter unfortunately putting him back where he came from is not an option he came from a pond on the side of a heavily traveled road and was almost hit so I will not put him back so please don't send any negative comments I'm only trying to get the best possible advice I can.I don't want the other turtle to eat him so I'm asking if they should be in separate tanks until they are same size?
