i have an 1999 pontiac grand prix. when i 1st pull off the rpm go up?

and when i make a turn it goes up and sometimes and jerks i had 20" rims placed on the car but i dont think that the problem what could it be.? it does this only when i 1st pull off after i start the car after that its just fine but the jerking is random. i do stay in ark and there are hills here...
 
Jerking? Check transmission fluid(hot). Do the new tires rotate freely in the wheel wells? ;-)=
