A small amount of damage is on the rim of the bonnet and a small area is on one of the wheel arches. This was innitially caused by rust, I tried to touch it up but made it worse. Wether or not the car is still covered by a rust warranty (which I was unaware of at the time), it may be affected due to my own work. Anyway, Ford have quoted £500-600 to get the two small areas sorted. Does this sound right? I just think its a total joke and there is no way I could afford to justify paying that amount.
