i have an 04 ford f150 with a problem?

every once and a while the dash stops working along with the a/c and dome light, after dissconecting the battery some times it fixes the problem, other times it does not solve the problem. some times if i let the truck sit it fixes the problem for a short time, i pull the fuse for the dash panel and put it back in and the dash every thing else starts working. so i hope you know what it is but i think its time for a new vehicle, just let me know
