If a Hydraulic oil lifter is stopped up will it make a noise? I mean obviously when you get some miles on a vehicle the valves are going to make noise wile the lifters havent lubed them., But I believe one of the lifters might be stopped up because it always makes a small pinging noise,,, I know that the noise isnt a Rod because it dosent get louder when you Drive it..and sometimes You can barely hear it...Its not ever very noticable., Do you think maybe if I put new lifters in it it will stop? I mean its not unbarable But id rather not have to hear it..I love Mopar and it seems common for the valves to produce noise when they get quite a few miles on them. around the 60,000 mark.
