Is it really overheating? or just overflowing? there is a difference and a car can do one without doing the other.

Water expands when it heats ands that is why there is an overflow tank, having water overflow into this does not necessarily mean the engine is to hot. Check the temp gauge
 
...drive it and fills the overflow? i was in a accident i replaced the radiator,thermostate,serpentine belt and it still is overheating
