I would first check for any blown fuses. You may have a short in you trailer or the wiring that was added to your truck for the trailer. I would also upgrade your turn signal flasher to a heavy duty one to handle the extra load of the trailer lights, if your truck doesn't already have one.
 
...signals and 4 ways wont work.? I had a 4 prong trailer plug installed after I got the truck. after I towed a small trailer for no more then two hours, I found that all of my turn signals, hazard flashers or break lights would work. I do still have all other lights working. all of my gauges still work and none of the indicator lights are on saying that there is a loss of power. if you have any questions let me know.
all of the fuses are still good and the relays look good.
