I have alot of muscle in my legs. Im currently not eating. If I work out will i lose...

...muslce or gain it? Okay Im not consuming any calories. Just bananas water and coffee. I dont want my muscle to turn into flab but I do wanna slim my legs. I fluxuate between size four and size five. I used to be a size one. I want to loose all muscle in my legs. If I work out doing cardio will i loose the muscle or will it stay the same or get bigger?
 
female sizes? I'm quite sure males do not go by female sizes. I only assumed you are male because of your name but the listing of female dress sizes threw me off (maybe you come from elsewhere and I'm ignorant?). Specify whether or not you are female or male. Also, what you are doing to yourself is actually slowing down your metabolism, eventually your body will store up fat and you will look flabby or "skinny-fat" because you weren't taking in enough calories. Calories are NOT a bad thing. If you want slim legs, tone your legs. I'd do stretches, lunges, and running if I were you. start with 1/4 a mile and go from there. Cardio is perfect and always will be. Also, eat plenty of lean proteins and fiber.
 
do more long slower cardio...NOT EATING is only going to give you future heath problems...including Heart liver and Kidney problems...start eating again...about 1600....
