i have almost invisible dots on the rim on the head of my penis,?

they look to small to be pearly penile papules. im 14 and have my fore skin. i only noticed them by thoroghly checking out my penis.they are in a little row but are barley visible. please help
i am 14 and not sexualy active and clean every day. could it be glands? sorry i have dispraxia so bad spelling
