I have a wierd pain on the palm of my feet?
Sometimes when i go outsiede to exercise and im wearing my basketball shoes or soccer cleats and when i run around the palm of my foot feels like its stretched and it hurts everytime i make a step its in both feet i dont really know why my feet hurt it happens just below the big toe where the depth is in the foot, it feels like its stretched or pulled and its been happening for a week i can run thru it but it hurts some days it doesnt happen but some it does please help me
