I have a whine on my dc2 integra ive changed clutch release bearing and

spigot bearing but still noisy? I bought this with the whine, I drove it slow and at speed it has no crunchs and drives perfect but can't work out why after changing clutch release and spigot bearing that after when in natural using the clutch dipped its quite and thenwhen it's up level with pedals its still noicey? Any ideas would be very helpful thanks
