C Coyote New member Jul 15, 2009 #1 It turns red at times and sometimes it itches. I've had it for more than 3 weeks. It's not a mosquito bite. Can anyone suggest any conditions or diseases or so that can cause awkward bumps on the bottom of the palm near the wrist.
