I have a weird feeling in my stomach area does any one know what it could be?

Its on the side where the heart is in the middle area of stomach right under the rib cage i know for a fact that its not a hernia my doctor said i probably pulled a muscle its been more than a week. Could this be a warm and how dangerious it is if it is a warm
