i have a weird and strong attraction to someone...please help?

This guy is not very attractive, but theres just something about him that i find very compelling, shy and mysterious! Im a pisces woman (march 1) and hes a pisces man (march 11). is this why i feel such a strong attraction for him, which i cant pinpoint even why? Hes not the type to pursue someone they like, and im not either, but we always catch eachother's glances in class. I really think we could be a perfect match but im just too shy to do anything about it. How can i make this work?
 
I had a boyfriend like that, and im like that too. Well, do you have any friends who are friends with this guy? Am curious because if you do, they could ask him if he likes you, and if he does they can work it between the two of you to go on a date. That's what I did.
 
he must be attacted to you. pisces send energy or sense eneegry and im sure theres somethign goin on. he could be sendin out energy thats why u feel it.
