When I was in the sixth grade I was diagnosed with a stomach virus that lasted a whole year. After it was all over I kept getting sick and was diagnosed with a damaged emune(sp?) system so I get sick so easily now. I am now in ninth grade and have missed 9 days because of it and the school wants to press charges on my mother due to past absences. I cannot help this, my doctor even called the school and explained. I have already had pneumonia and mono this year so it was impossible to go to school. I don't know what to do, my mother hasn't done anything wrong. Can some one help me? I don't want my mom to serve jail time for this.
I have a weak body, which causes me to miss school, what do I do?
