As I plug in the drive the processor fan starts to speed up and the memory in use fluctuates. Now my Anti virus software, AVG does not detect it. is there a possibility of it being formatted without logging on to windows or any solution you have? Thanks
Everytime a process is ended in that way it restarts multiplying the process

Maybe you can delete it manually.

First, open up task manager (Ctrl + Alt + Delete) and then click on the Processes tab. Now, your should see a big list of the processes running. Look for k.exe and click on it. Click on End Process. A button should pop up (just click Yes).

Now, click Start. Click on Search and click on "For Files or Folders". A new window should open up. Click on "All files and folders" on the left. In the "All or part of the file name" text box, type in k.exe. Under the drop-down menu for "Look in:", select My Computer. Click Search.

From there, your might find some files or folders. Delete the k.exe files.

if you use up-to-date antivirus software that can detect this Worm and if you don't have that one just format your flash drive.
thanks
