I have a very weird belly button help appreciated!?

Have a doctor examine it. One thing is for sure, your belly button should not resemble a slightly open or scabbed over wound and it certainly shouldn't ooze puss if you pick the scab, (or whatever it is you are describing.) If your belly button is naturally deep it may just be hard to keep clean and could be a build up of dirt and oil. If it is actually puss, then you have an infection. Only a doctor can determine whether or not you have a more significant problem.

Back when i was a child i did not really care about this that much but now its starting to bother me alot. I know most of the people have like a small hole inside their belly button then its covered by like a lump of skin. Mine goes in all the way i don't see the skin covering it. and there are black crusty looking things around the hole not on the skin but the inside of it. i tried picking it once and puss started gooing out so basically my belly button is Alot more in/deep than most of the people's belly button and has a black things surrounding it i know this sounds really weird i was born like this can someone tell me if this can be a problem in the future?
