I am an advanced runner who has been doing it for quite some time. Over the past two years, I feel like s*** all the. No matter how much sleep i get I still feel tired when I wake up and durning the day. However I'm not tired as in "ah I could go to bed", but just like I have the flu or somethingg. what could this be????
