i have a verizon phone (LG Chocolate Touch) and its not working right.?

the touch isn't working, i will try to call it will start dialing on its own and i can't speak. also it wont let me text. i have been using my old phone(Lg env2) and its not working at its best either. and im not eligible for a upgrade untill this time next year. ive had it for a little over a year. what do i do?
