I have a Toyota Tercel 91' Hatchback owner, can you help me with speakers?

Hello Yahoo Citizens! If you could help me ASAP greatly appreciated! I have $400 and I am embarassed to have my friends sit in my car, and ummm BZZZZZZZ coming out of the speakers instead of music :P I have been looking at BestBuy.com and do I need to buy rear deck speakers?
