i have a toyota supra 1988?

my tail lights are not working brake lights do blinkers do the fuse is fine but still not working and my dash lights went out too but i can not find a bad fuse? the blinker lights in the dash work the engine lights work everything works but the light for the oil speed and temp and rpm dont but again no bad fuse.
but the light for the speed and the oil and so forth don't any ideas?
