i have a text m8 i think its cricket and it got wet how do i get it to work ?????

it was raining hard core and it got it wet well soaked now it has a white sceen how cani get it 2 turn on fromda white screen and it says emergency download in da middle and you can c da water in da screen help ppls plz :(
