to do it tomorrow? i have a telescopic rod in my back and cannot go horse riding or tramaplinging but am not sure about quad biking...as it is a bumpy ride

don`t even think about it, quad biking can be very rough on your back,most quad biking is done off-road and i`ve yet to go on a smooth field
