I have a suzuki swift diesel which is less than two years old. 1st gear is

jamming and reverse is crunching.? This is happing during the first 45 mins of driving in AM.In order to get it to go into any of the forward gears I then have to put into reverse gear take it back out and then push into first gear. Also when using reverse gear 30% of the time it is crunching. They have changed the gear box oil and fitted a new gear selector at the suzuki dealership. I still have the same problem. Any advice welcome.
 
Well, I would be suprised if it is not a major problem. It sounds like the dealership is dancing around the obvious issue. Don't let them spend your money. I really hope there is a warrenty on the powertrain because there in no way a two year old vehicle should be having that problem. I bet the synchro is shot and the transmission needs to be rebuilt. Stop them wasting your time and call on that warrenty. Get it fixed for good.
