The other posters have missed the big picture.NO OIL IN FUEL! the oil is not just for the top end and if it ran for 5min's and seized then the crank bearings are toast.That motor will have to come apart and have the crankshaft done as well as the top end.

ii have a 98' rm125 2 stroke engine and i put straight gas in it and ran it for about 5 mins..now the engine still cranks over i need to know what i need to buy to fix it .. i was thinking a new cylinder and piston but i dont know ..please help
Start with new piston rings, but since it's an older model you may wish to go with a bigger bore.

ADDED- Bob is spot -on, (I missed that point), but I'd still start with new rings first.
