...do i do? when i make a stop and then press the gas it seems lk am forcing it to go on drive, i also have to press the gass really hard so it can actually start going, and then it will take a while to get the speed back again.
 
if your check engine light is on why haven't you taken it to the dealer? In 06 Suzuki offered a fully transferable 7 year 100,000 mile warranty. transferable means even if your not the original owner your still covered.

I highly doubt your over 100,000 miles?
