I have a sundial design question?

I'm drawing a horizontal sundial for the southern hemisphere (Brisbane Australia)
The standard meridian is longitude 150
The sundial is longitude 153
There is a 3 degree difference

My question is;
For the longitudinal correction, I rotate the hour marks
clockwise or counterclockwise?
