i received a summons for jury duty but i am leaving to go marry my girlfriend and live in europe in 2 weeks...will i be able to get out of it..i dont want a bench warrant because when i get married in romania they will check if i have anything like that here at the embassy and i am scared that will really mess things up for me..what should i do...
thanks all for advice...i wanted to add that i am not coming back here..i will live there with my girlfriend...im just scared that when they check to see if i have any kind of criminal backround will a bench warrant show up and screw me over..i am an american citizen and she is not...but i will be able to live there when we get married...i just cant afford to lose my tickets and wait....
