On several occasions I have wanted to make plans with my girlfriend, but I find out that she already has plans. For example, I wanted to take her to out to lunch, but she told me she already had plans. I struggle with finding out about her plans in this way, and I get upset that she doesn't let me know she has plans made already. I feel stupid for not knowing that she has made plans. In my eyes knowing about her plans would prevent me from trying to make plans when she already has something going on. I do not mind that she makes plans, I would just like for her to communicate to me that she has made plans, so that I don't try to make plans with her after she already has plans. Am I being controlling by wanting to know when she has plans?
I have a strong desire to know when my girlfriend makes plans.?
