i have a street rod with a1995 454 chevy engine with a t hrootle body

inj.when temp. gets to 195 degrees and? driveing for about 35 min engine will die but will start right back up also while ideling it will try to die have replaced electronic parts have mark viii electric fan fuel pump in gas tank havent replace the coil have ron francis wireing any thoughts
